More Statistics |

When noncustodial refuse to comply
with a child support order, the court may issue an
arrest warrant, suspend their
driver's licenses, revoke their passports, seize their
tax returns and seize their lottery winnings, but many
noncustodial parents are never apprehended with arrest
warrants.

The Solution
As a solution to the child support
problem, custodial parents that are not
receiving child support can receive the services of
the Bounty Alert to acquire a child support
enforcement order, or a writ of execution in some
jurisdictions.
This type of court order will allow custodial parents
to seize the property of nonpaying noncustodial
parents, such as real estate, stock, personal
property, and cars.
Bounty Alert has teamed up with
the Custodial Support Foundation to provide the
Project Child Support Initiative, to assist custodial
parents in receiving instigative, legal, collection
and apprehension services to enforce their child
support orders. Bounty Alert and the Custodial
Support Foundation also provides services to assist
